Add vodka, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce to an 8 - 10 glass. Fill to three quarters with Clamato juice. Add celery salt and black pepper. Shake - don't stir. Add ice and a celery stalk and lemon wedge for garnish.
