Plymouth Gin's White Lady (Martini)

Ingrediënten

• 3 eenheden Lemon Juice
• 1 eenheid Egg White
• 1 eenheid Plymouth Gin
• 3 eenheden Cointreau

Instructies

A great New Years Cocktail created around 1929 at Harry´s New York Bar in Paris.


Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the Plymouth Gin, Cointreau, lemon juice (freshly squeezed) and egg white (optional). Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Zest.
